The bag is fully waterproof with its rolltop closure, and two snap-connectors from the cylinder end panels stretch the
closure tight to seal the bag. Two additional snap-connectors, at the hand-grips, tighten around the circumference
of the cylinder. All four snap-connectors are on adjustable-length nylon straps that are stitched into the
polyester material.
