How our online ordering process works -- three steps to UPS Ground.

Step 1: Selecting products and entering bill-to details.

The initial page in the ordering process lets you choose a carrier for the car you own. You can also select leather belts or nylon straps, bicycle attachments, or ski or snowboard attachments and the base frame needed for these two attachments.

This page also collects your name, address, city, state and zipcode, country, etc, used for bill-to detail when your credit card is processed and validated. Most of this information is required, including your credit card number and expiration date, and your name as it appears on your card. NOTE: Mastercard or Visa only. If needed, you can add a ship-to address after your order is processed.

Step 2: Review of products selected and bill-to details.

This page in the ordering process is a review page with the total amount of your potential order. Your product selections are displayed along with bill-to entries, and if you are a Washington State resident, the applicable sales taxes.

If your order detail is acceptable and correct, click the button at the bottom of the page.

Step 3: submitting payment information for credit card verification.

This page displays your order number in our online system, offers a final review of your product selections, any applicable taxes, and the grand total of the order.

A click of the button at the bottom of the page submits your credit card for processing, and in a few moments a page will display telling you if your payment was accepted, or rejected and why. Be patient when you click this button, please.

If your payment is accepted, you will be able to add a ship-to address for your order if needed.

If your payment is rejected, you'll get details of why and what else you can do to order your carrier.

All shipments go UPS Ground unless otherwise requested, or required based on destination.
