TOOLS REQUIRED

(A) Phillips head screw driver

(B) Allen wrench 4MM

ASSEMBLY

1) Place two (2) short main profiles about 15" apart on a flat surface channel side down.

2) Place the larger main profiles on top of the shorter ones channel side up. Align counter sunk holes on long profiles with holes at end of short profiles.

3) Attach longer profiles to the ends of the short profiles, using short screws.

4) Place long screw through white screw cover retainer (wide side of retainer towards the screw head), and then attach to a metal attachment bracket that is placed against the short channel, using the holes provided. Leave screws loose. They will be tightened when the rack is attached to the vehicle, at which time a black screw cover is placed over each screw cover retainer.

5) Place onto carrier and tighten attachment brackets with screws.

6) Remove one black end from the long channel and slide in the ski/snowboard accessory. Replace the end caps. Repeat on the other side

7) Align ski/snowboard accessory and tighten metal attachment brackets.

8) Attach black screw covers over attachment screws.
